Results of the Prodware General Meeting of June 17, 2024
Prodware announced that all the resolutions proposed at the Combined General Meeting of June 17, 2024 were adopted by the shareholders.
Thirteen shareholders, representing a total of 8,128,664 votes, were present or represented, reaching a quorum of 94.10%.
The main resolutions included the approval of the corporate and consolidated accounts for the financial year ending December 2023, the distribution of results, as well as the authorization of the repurchase and cancellation of shares. All these resolutions were approved by 100% of the votes.
The delegations of authority for the issuance of ordinary shares with deletion of preferential subscription rights for the benefit of qualified investors and for strategic operations were adopted with 99.83% of the votes.
Prodware will publish its results for the first half of 2024 on October 15, after the stock market closes.
