Resumption of Trading for Solocal Shares and Bonds
On April 15, 2024, Solocal announced the resumption of trading for its shares and bonds on Euronext Paris and the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. This development follows an April 12 press release where Solocal disclosed the signing of an agreement in principle with Ycor, and its principal creditors and shareholders. The company's shares, under ISIN FR00140006O9, and the Mini Bond, under ISIN FR0013527744, will resume trading on Euronext Paris from the market opening on April 15, 2024. Similarly, Bonds with ISIN FR0013237484 will recommence trading on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange starting the same day.
