Riber: Declaration of Own Share Repurchase Transactions from May 13 to 16, 2024

The Riber company has announced the completion of transactions in its own shares between May 13 and 16, 2024. These share purchases mainly aim at the external growth of the company.

On the Euronext Paris (XPAR) market, Riber acquired a total of 3,366 shares at a unit price of 2.70 euros. The transactions were distributed as follows: 1,724 shares on May 13, 982 shares on May 14 and 660 shares on May 16.

All transactions were carried out through Gilbert Dupont, an investment services provider identified by the code 969500UEQ3U3P21QNJ13.
