RIBER: Research MBE Machine Order for USA

This platform will be supplied to a top-tier company specializing in IR imaging sensor materials for both ground and space-based astronomy applications.

The MBE 412 cluster platform is compatible with 4'' substrates and is known for its flexibility, modularity, and adaptability in developing and producing compound semiconductors. The system is especially optimized for these specific applications, offering high performance levels.
