RIXX Invest AG has announced a strategic realignment that will transform it from a traditional oil and gas producer into a value-add investor. This decision, made unanimously by the company's Supervisory Board, marks a significant shift in its business approach.

The new strategy comprises four key segments: continued expansion of the oil and gas operations in Texas, energy-efficient crypto mining using flare gas, development of a value-add real estate portfolio, and establishment of a venture capital arm. The first steps include deploying mining containers in Texas.

RIXX Invest AG plans to utilize both traditional and innovative financing to support this transition. The management anticipates increased earnings due to synergy effects and reduced costs in flare gas utilization for crypto mining.
