Robertet announces its figures relating to voting rights as of May 6, 2024
ROBERTET SA, a company listed on Euronext Paris and located in Grasse, has disclosed its data concerning the composition of its share capital and voting rights as of May 6, 2024. According to the press release, the total shares and theoretical voting rights amounts to 2,305,589 and 3,168,033 respectively.
The document also specifies the number of shares deprived of voting rights, which reaches 216,616. This reduces the number of effective voting rights to 2,951,417. This information is reported in accordance with articles L.233-8 II of the commercial code and 222-12-5 of the AMF General Regulations.
