Paris, May 20, 2024 - As part of its share buyback program, Roche Bobois SA carried out several transactions between May 13 and 17, 2024, in accordance with the authorization of the general meeting of June 15, 2023 .
The company acquired a total of 1,641 shares during this period. Each day, the volume and weighted average price of transactions were as follows:
On May 17, 310 shares were purchased at an average price of €49. On May 16, 307 shares at €49.4726. On May 15, 363 shares at €49.3658. On May 14, 330 shares at €49.4182. Finally, on May 13, 331 shares at €49.4356.
