ROUGIER SA postpones the publication of its 2023 annual results
ROUGIER SA, a century-old company at the head of the sustainable African timber market, announced the postponement of the disclosure of its consolidated annual results for the year 2023, as well as its annual financial report. Initially scheduled for April 30, 2024, publication is now expected on May 15, 2024 before markets open.
This decision follows difficulties in organizing the board of directors of the company's subsidiaries in person, which delayed the meeting of the board of directors of ROUGIER SA necessary for the finalization of the annual accounts. The company's head office is located in Paris.
