R&S Group Releases Semi-Annual Report 2024
On September 11, 2024, R&S Group Holding AG published its semi-annual report for 2024. This report includes consolidated financial statements for the period from January 1 to June 30, 2024.
The key financial figures, initially announced on August 19, 2024, show significant improvements. Adjusted order intake increased by 18% to CHF 141 million, and the order backlog rose 25% to CHF 218.2 million. Net sales grew by 15% to CHF 109.9 million.
Operating results (EBIT) improved by 41%, reaching 25.53 million CHF, which is 23.2% of net sales. Net profit climbed 22%, amounting to CHF 17.32 million. The free cash flow shifted from a negative to a positive CHF 7.5 million, and the net financial position more than doubled to CHF 5.1 million.
Additionally, following the acquisition of Kyte Powertech Ltd., over 40% of outstanding warrants (RSGW) have been converted into shares, boosting equity by approximately CHF 31 million.
