Safran Discloses Share Capital and Voting Rights as of May 31, 2024

Safran has released its monthly report detailing the number of shares and voting rights as of May 31, 2024. According to the report, the total number of shares stood at 427,260,541. In terms of voting rights, the theoretical count was 542,348,029, while the exercisable voting rights were 528,802,559.

These figures have been computed in compliance with Article L.233-8 II of the French commercial code and Article 223-16 of the Financial Markets Authority. The theoretical voting rights include all shares with voting rights, even those held in treasury which are stripped of voting rights. The exercisable voting rights exclude these treasury shares.
