SageHome Expands to Central Florida and South Dakota

SageHome, the largest provider of aging-in-place bath remodeling services in the U.S., has extended its reach to Central Florida and South Dakota. New Bath Today will serve Central Florida, while Midwest Bath will cater to South Dakota residents. These additions bring SageHome's services to customers in 24 states.

"Our recent expansions into Central Florida and South Dakota re-emphasize our vision," stated SageHome CEO Brian Hutto. "SageHome is excited to help homeowners live longer in their homes with safer, luxurious bathrooms."

Post-2022 partnership with Cairngorm Capital Partners, SageHome has grown by acquiring New Bath Today, Midwest Bath, CareFree Home Pros, and launching Smart Bath. The company recently acquired Safe Showers LLC, serving Texas.

New Bath Today will introduce KOHLER® LuxStone™ bathtubs and showers in Gainesville, Orlando, and Tampa. Midwest Bath will offer walk-in showers and bathtubs in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

"Our expansion into Sioux Falls is a step in the right direction," said Midwest Bath General Manager Darron Steagall, aiming to enhance bathroom safety for Sioux Falls residents.
