Saint-Gobain Executes Share Buyback Between May 7 and May 10, 2024
Compagnie de Saint-Gobain has completed a series of share buyback transactions from May 7 to May 10, 2024. These transactions comply with Article 5 §2 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014, related to market abuse regulations. The buyback was authorized by the Annual General Meeting on June 8, 2023, under the 13th resolution.
