SAINT JEAN GROUPE announces its key figures on voting rights as of March 31, 2024
SAINT JEAN GROUPE has revealed, under article R.225-73-1 of the Commercial Code, the number of shares and voting rights making up its share capital as of March 31, 2024. The company has communicated a capital composed of 3,205,774 shares.
Regarding voting rights, the group specified that the total number of voting rights, including shares deprived of voting rights, reached 5,972,154. This figure represents the theoretical voting rights. As for the exercisable voting rights, that is to say excluding shares deprived of voting rights, they amount to 5,952,154.
The treasury shares held by SAINT JEAN GROUPE, qualified as shares deprived of voting rights, therefore have a measured impact on the total voting rights exercisable by shareholders.
