Sale of Innomotics to KPS Completed
The sale of Innomotics GmbH, a leading provider of electric motors and large drive systems based in Nuremberg, Germany, was completed on October 1, 2024. Previously an independent subsidiary of Siemens AG since July 2023, Innomotics now joins the portfolio of KPS Capital Partners, LP.
This acquisition marks a significant milestone for Innomotics, which aims to solidify its position as a global market leader. Innomotics focuses on enhancing reliability, efficiency, and sustainability in electric drive technology.
