Samara Asset Group Announces Share Buyback Activity

Samara Asset Group plc has publicized its recent share buyback activities in accordance with Article 5 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014. From March 10 to March 14, 2025, the company acquired a total of 4,870 treasury shares. The buyback was conducted exclusively via the stock exchange through Baader Bank AG, as part of its ongoing initiative, initiated on September 2, 2024.

The shares were repurchased at varied volume-weighted average prices, ranging from EUR 2.10 to EUR 2.16. The acquisition within this week resulted in a total volume of EUR 10,406. Over the entire period from September 2024 to March 2025, Samara acquired 99,800 shares overall.
