Sarama Resources Advances Cosmo Gold Project Acquisition

Sarama Resources Ltd. ("Sarama") is nearing the completion of its acquisition of a majority interest in the Cosmo Gold Project in Western Australia. With the approval from shareholders and regulatory bodies in Australia and Canada, Sarama expects to finalize the transaction by late October 2024.

The project spans 580km², covering the Cosmo-Newbery Greenstone Belt, an area with significant gold potential. Initial exploration will focus on soil geochemistry to identify regional targets.

Sarama's President, Andrew Dinning, expressed optimism about this milestone, suggesting it offers a unique opportunity for the company. The project includes 7 exploration tenements and is located near prominent gold mining areas like Gruyere Mine and Laverton.

Following recent land access, Sarama plans modern, broad-scale exploration programs. The Cosmo Gold Project, previously underexplored, now awaits systematic evaluation using advanced geochemical and geophysical techniques.
