Saville Resources Inc. Closes $1,040,250 Private Placement

Vancouver, BC / ACCESSWIRE / May 21, 2024 – Saville Resources Inc. (TSXV:SRE)(FSE:S0J) has successfully closed its upsized non-brokered private placement. The Company raised $1,040,250 through the issuance of 20,805,000 units at a price of $0.05 per unit. Each unit comprises one common share and one-half of a common share purchase warrant, exercisable at $0.075 per share for a period of 12 months.

The net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes and working capital. The transaction is subject to the acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange and all issued securities come with a statutory hold period of four months and one day.
