SCBSM: Report on transactions in own shares

The real estate company SCBSM, listed on Euronext Paris, has published its share buyback report as of November 25, 2024. These transactions were carried out in accordance with Article 5 of the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR).

During the period from 18 to 21 November 2024, SCBSM repurchased a total of 1,579 shares. Transactions were carried out daily on the XPAR market. The repurchases began with 416 shares at an average price of EUR 8.35 on 18 November. In the following days, 388 shares were acquired at EUR 8.30, followed by 384 shares at EUR 8.25 on 20 November, and then 391 shares, also at EUR 8.25, on 21 November.
