Schneider Electric Discloses Share Capital and Voting Rights as of July 31, 2024

Schneider Electric has provided an update on its share capital and voting rights as of July 31, 2024. According to the report, the total number of shares stands at 575,627,026. The theoretical number of voting rights is 601,319,953, while the exercisable voting rights amount to 587,967,547.

These figures have been reported in compliance with Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation. The theoretical voting rights include all shares with attached voting rights, even those with suspended rights, as per Article 223-11 of the AMF General Regulation.
