Scor SE crosses the threshold of 2/3 of MRM capital
On October 1, 2024, Scor SE declared that it had crossed upwards the thresholds of 2/3 of the capital and voting rights of MRM. This declaration results from the acquisition of 2,326,240 MRM shares, representing 72.48% of the capital and voting rights.
This crossing results from an off-market block sale agreement concluded with Altarea. Scor SE acquired all of the MRM shares held by Altarea. This agreement was finalized on September 26, 2024.
The company MRM, listed on Euronext Paris, thus sees a significant change in its capital distribution.
