SELECTIRENTE acquires commercial premises in the heart of Paris

SELECTIRENTE, the firm specializing in commercial real estate, has finalized the acquisition of a property located at 98 Rue de Rivoli, Paris, for an amount of 2.9 million euros. This 200 m² premises, spread over three levels, has a yield rate of 5.5%. Currently rented to a leading cosmetics brand in the Benelux, the lease is fixed for six years.

The location of this asset, right in the center of a historic and pedestrian area of Paris, near the Châtelet and Les Halles metro stations, ensures a high number of pedestrians and tourists. Jérôme Descamps, president of SELECTIRENTE Gestion, affirms that this strategic acquisition strengthens the company's presence in the capital, where 60% of its portfolio is already located.
