Semperit: Executive Board Chairman Karl Haider Will Not Extend His Contract

Vienna, June 10, 2024 – Karl Haider has informed the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Semperit AG Holding that he will not extend his mandate, which expires on March 31, 2025. Haider, appointed on January 11, 2022, will continue as Chairman until the end of his current term.

Haider stated, "The Semperit Group has completed its transformation into a leading elastomer specialist. I will work with full commitment on its further development until my mandate expires. After 15 years as a senior manager and board member, I want more family time and to focus on non-executive tasks."

Supervisory Board Chairman Thomas Cord Prinzhorn commended Haider for his role in the company's transformation, including the sale of the medical business and expansion into the liquid silicone market. The board will start the search for Haider's successor immediately.
