Semperit Extends CFO Helmut Sorger's Mandate Until 2028
Semperit AG Holding has announced the extension of CFO Helmut Sorger's mandate on the Executive Board until September 30, 2028. Sorger has served as Chief Financial Officer since October 1, 2022. The extension reflects the company's commitment to strategic continuity and strong market positioning in industrial elastomers.
Thomas Cord Prinzhorn, Chairman of Semperit's Supervisory Board, emphasized Sorger's role in the company's strategic realignment. Sorger himself highlighted Semperit's solid financial foundation driven by cash flow and cost discipline, promising continued growth and digitalization efforts.
From March 1, 2025, Semperit's Executive Board will include Karl Haider as CEO until March 31, 2025, to be succeeded by Manfred Stanek. The board will also include Helmut Sorger as CFO and Gerfried Eder as CIO.
