Sendero Resources Announces Raymond D. Harari as President
Vancouver, BC / Accesswire / June 4, 2024 - Sendero Resources Corp. (TSXV:SEND) has appointed Raymond D. Harari as President, effective June 4, 2024. Harari, founder of Canalis Capital, has extensive experience in the mining sector, having held senior roles at Bald Eagle Gold Corp. and Hercules Silver Corp.
Harari expressed his enthusiasm for joining Sendero, highlighting Argentina's mineral potential and regulatory support. He aims to advance Sendero's exploration efforts and foster stakeholder relationships.
In conjunction with Harari's appointment, Sendero has issued 3.5 million restricted share units to him and non-executive directors, as per the Company's 2023 Equity Incentive Plan. The units are subject to vesting conditions over one to two years.
Additionally, Jimmy Lim has resigned as Director of Sendero. The Company thanked him for his contributions.
