SFC Energy AG Holds Successful Annual General Meeting

SFC Energy AG, a reputable provider of hydrogen and methanol fuel cells, held its Annual General Meeting on 23 May 2024. Shareholders approved all agenda items, including the re-election of Gerhard Schempp and the new election of Dr. Andreas Blaschke to the Supervisory Board. The meeting also marked the election of Mrs. Sunaina Sinha Haldea as the new Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board, making her the first woman to hold this position.

The CEO, Dr. Peter Podesser, and CFO, Daniel Saxena, reported a record year with significant profitability and international expansion. The first quarter of the current financial year also showed record sales and profitability, positioning SFC Energy as a strong player in its sector.

Following the Annual General Meeting, the Supervisory Board confirmed contract extensions for Management Board members Daniel Saxena and Hans Pol for an additional five years. These extensions are seen as a step towards ensuring continuity and stability for the company's future operations and growth.
