SFS Intensifies Focus on End Markets and Appoints New CHRO

SFS Group AG is restructuring its Distribution & Logistics (D&L) and Fastening Systems (FS) segments starting January 1, 2025. This effort aims to sharpen the Group’s focus on key markets and enhance collaboration following the integration of Hoffmann.

As part of this organizational change, Martin Reichenecker will lead the D&L segment. In addition, Iso Raunjak has been appointed as the new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective January 1, 2025.

The restructuring plan seeks to streamline the company's operations, making efficient use of new opportunities arising from the Hoffmann inclusion. SFS Group's efforts align with its strategic focus on optimizing market potential.
