Share Buyback by Cairn Homes Plc

Cairn Homes Plc (CRN) announced the buyback of 220,000 of its own ordinary shares on February 22, 2024. The transaction was carried out on the stock exchanges of Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange. The highest price paid per share was €1.494 and £1.280 respectively, and the lowest price was €1.482 and £1.266. This initiative is part of the company's share buyback program announced on March 3, 2023.

The repurchased shares will be cancelled, reducing the total number of ordinary shares in circulation to 649,021,542. Cairn Homes Plc no longer holds any treasury shares. The buyback was facilitated by the broker Numis Securities Ltd.
