Share buybacks by Crédit Agricole Brie Picardie

Crédit Agricole Brie Picardie carried out a series of share buybacks in accordance with Article 5 of the MAR Regulation, from October 14 to October 18, 2024. These operations were carried out on the XPAR market, with the participation of Kepler Cheuvreux SA as investment services provider.

During this period, a total of five trading days were recorded. On October 14, 611 shares were repurchased, while October 18 saw the largest purchase with 3,501 shares. The weighted average price of the shares remained around EUR 17.54 for the duration of the transactions.

All the shares repurchased were intended to support various social projects of Crédit Agricole Brie Picardie. This initiative illustrates the company's commitment to investments with a positive social impact.
