Shelly Group: Annual General Meeting Approves Dividend of EUR 0.13 per Share

Shelly Group AD held its Annual General Meeting, where shareholders approved a gross dividend of EUR 0.13 per share. This will lead to a total distribution of approximately EUR 2.3 million from retained earnings. The Board of Directors will determine the exact payment dates within 60 days of the meeting.
