Siegfried Successfully Completes Acquisition of CDMO in Wisconsin

Siegfried AG has completed the acquisition of an early-phase Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) site in Grafton, Wisconsin, from Curia Global. This move strengthens Siegfried's capabilities and geographical reach in the Drug Substances sector.

The deal, initially announced on June 12, 2024, was finalized on July 1, 2024. Reto Suter, CEO ad interim and CFO of Siegfried, welcomed the new team members, emphasizing the acquisition’s role in enhancing early-stage development services and accelerating growth.

The new site will be developed into the Siegfried Acceleration Hub, focusing on pre-clinical and clinical development and manufacturing of Drug Substances. This expansion aims to attract small and medium-sized pharmaceutical companies, fueling Siegfried’s pipeline and creating future growth opportunities.

All existing projects at the Grafton site will continue under Siegfried’s management, ensuring a seamless transition for current customers.
