Siyata Mobile Inc. (NASDAQ:SYTA)(NASDAQ:SYTAW), a global developer of Push-to-Talk over Cellular handsets, has announced the pricing of its $6 million public offering. The offering includes common shares and pre-funded warrants at a public price of $0.58 per share, minus $0.01 per pre-funded warrant. The proceeds will be used for working capital, general corporate purposes, marketing services, strategic investments, and possible future acquisitions.
