SNP Shareholders Approve Agreement to Settle Legal Dispute with Heirs
Heidelberg, Germany, June 27, 2024 – The shareholders of SNP Schneider-Neureither & Partner SE have approved an agreement to settle a legal dispute with a community of heirs. This decision was made during the company's Annual General Meeting, where approximately 80% of share capital was represented.
More than 99% of the votes were in favor of the settlement, marking an end to multi-year litigations. The settlement is expected to have a positive EBIT effect of around €3 million for fiscal year 2024.
CEO Jens Amail expressed satisfaction with the outcome, stating that it allows the company to focus fully on its operational business and the success of its customers and partners.
