Sodexo: Declaration of transactions in own shares carried out from September 16 to 17, 2024
Sodexo has completed acquisitions of its own shares, outside of the liquidity contract, in accordance with its share buyback program authorized by the Shareholders' Meeting of December 15, 2023. These shares are intended to honor obligations related to free share allocation plans. The transactions took place over two days, September 16 and 17, 2024.
Share movements include various volumes and average acquisition prices. On September 16, Sodexo acquired a total of 27,936 shares at prices ranging from €77.899 to €78.0104. On September 17, 15,719 shares were repurchased at prices ranging from €78.543 to €78.6501.
In total, 44,155 shares were acquired at a weighted average price of 78.1811 euros. Detailed information on these transactions is available on the Sodexo website.
