Sodexo - Monthly Disclosure on Share Capital and Voting Rights on July 31, 2024

Sodexo has disclosed its share capital and voting rights for the month ending on July 31, 2024, in compliance with Article L.233-8-II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulation of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers.
