Softing AG Announces Cash Capital Increase with Exclusion of Subscription Rights
Softing AG has decided to increase its share capital by €820,500. This capital increase will bring the company’s total share capital to €9,925,881, up from €9,105,381. The company's management and supervisory boards approved the issuance of 820,500 new bearer shares at a nominal value of €1.00 each. These shares will be offered at an issue price of €4.60 per share, and shareholders' subscription rights have been excluded.
The newly issued shares will have full dividend rights starting from January 1, 2024. The proceeds from this capital increase are intended to support Softing AG’s future growth initiatives. Following the implementation, the new shares will be admitted to trading on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange's Prime Standard without a prospectus.
