SoftwareOne Reports Solid H1 2024 Results, Keeps Vision 2026 On Track

SoftwareOne Holding AG, a global software and cloud solutions provider, announced stable H1 2024 results. The company reported a 7% YoY revenue increase in constant currency to CHF 529.9 million.

Adjusted EBITDA rose by 11.3% YoY to CHF 121.9 million, showcasing operational excellence with a 23.0% margin. Key market transformations boosted sales productivity, particularly in the DACH and NORAM regions.

SoftwareOne's ongoing Vision 2026 initiative aims at strategic growth, improved execution, and margin expansion. The completion of the operational excellence program early in 2023 led to CHF 76 million in savings, exceeding the CHF 70 million target.

The number of Copilot 365 users doubled to over 600,000 as of June 30, 2024. Despite macroeconomic uncertainties, full-year revenue guidance was adjusted to 7-9% growth, with an unchanged EBITDA margin target of 24.5-25.5%.
