Solocal Announces AGM Document Availability
On May 29, 2024, Solocal Group informed its shareholders about the availability and consultation methods for documents related to the Mixed General Meeting (MGM) on June 19, 2024. The meeting will be held at 2:00 PM at Espace Landowski, Boulogne-Billancourt.
During this MGM, shareholders will review the financial statements for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023, and vote on several financial restructuring operations proposed by the company. The notice of meeting, including the agenda and draft resolutions, was published in the BALO on May 15, 2024.
Additionally, changes to some draft resolutions made by the Board of Directors on May 27, 2024, will be included in the invitation notice to be published on June 3, 2024. These documents are accessible via Solocal's website.
The MGM will be broadcast live and will be available for later viewing on the company's website.
