Sonova Announces Management Board Changes
Sonova Holding AG, a leader in hearing care solutions, declared changes in its Management Board. Lilika Beck will assume the role of GVP Consumer Hearing, succeeding the late Martin Grieder. Oliver Lux steps in as GVP Audiological Care, taking over from Christophe Fond who is leaving for new opportunities. Furthermore, Alistair Simpson joins as GVP Cochlear Implants, replacing the retiring Victoria Carr-Brendel.
CEO Arnd Kaldowski expressed gratitude towards the departing members for their contributions and welcomed the new appointees. Sonova emphasizes internal leadership development, exemplified by promoting Beck and Lux, who have shown strong leadership and operational skills. Simpson, with a robust background in medical devices, joins the company in July 2024.
