Sopra Steria Group: Declaration of the number of shares and voting rights as of June 30, 2024

Sopra Steria Group has communicated the figures relating to the number of shares and voting rights as of June 30, 2024, in accordance with article L.233-8 II of the commercial code and article 223-16 of the general regulations of the Financial Markets Authority.

The total number of shares amounts to 20,547,701. The number of theoretical voting rights is 26,596,307, while the number of exercisable voting rights is 26,375,142.
