Sopra Steria Group reduces its stake in Axway Software

Sopra Steria Group announced that it has crossed the threshold of 15% of Axway Software's capital downwards, dropping to 11.07% of the capital and 15.95% of the voting rights. This change is the result of a recent capital increase by Axway Software.

At the same time, the concert composed of Sopra GMT, the Odin and Pasquier families, and various managers collectively holds 55.28% of the capital and 59.80% of the voting rights of the company. None of these holding thresholds were crossed during this transaction.

Furthermore, the company OEP SGMT BV has crossed upwards the thresholds of 15% of voting rights and 20% of capital, by virtue of an option to purchase shares from Sopra GMT.

OEP SGMT BV has stated that it does not intend to make any further acquisitions of Axway Software shares in the next six months and that it does not plan a takeover.
