SpineGuard closes a capital increase of 1.13 million euros
PARIS, July 8, 2024 – The company SpineGuard announced the completion of its capital increase by issuing new shares, with maintenance of shareholders' preferential subscription rights. This operation raised 1.13 million euros.
Pierre Jérôme and Stéphane Bette, co-founders and directors of SpineGuard, expressed their gratitude to the subscribers. The funds obtained will be used to deploy three new applications of DSG technology and achieve financial balance by 2026.
The increase was carried out via 5,936,307 new shares at a unit price of €0.19. The company's share capital will now be €2,675,088.40, divided into 53,501,768 shares. The new shares will be listed on Euronext Growth Paris from July 10, 2024.
The distribution of post-increase capital shows a slight dilution of existing shareholders. The funds aim to strengthen the financial structure and accelerate the commercial development of new products with DSG technology.
