Stability of turnover for AURES TECHNOLOGIES in Q1 2024

AURES TECHNOLOGIES recorded a turnover of €19,485 thousand in the first quarter of 2024, marking a slight decrease of 1.44% compared to the €19,770 thousand achieved over the same period in 2023. This relative stability occurs in a context uncertain economy, delaying the investments of many customers.

Among the Group's entities, significant variations are observed. The United Kingdom shows a notable increase of 28%, followed by the United States with an increase of 27.6%. Germany and Australia saw more modest increases, while France and the RTG division saw declines of 4.9% and 12.9%, respectively.

On April 22, 2024, AURES announced the entry into exclusive negotiations with Advantech and Patrick Cathala. This operation aims to finance AURES and enable the acquisition of a block of shares by Advantech, followed by a mandatory public purchase offer in cash.
