Statistics on voting rights and shares of TotalEnergies

As of November 30, 2024, TotalEnergies recorded a share capital of 2,397,679,661 shares. Each shares holds one theoretical voting right, bringing the total theoretical voting rights to 2,397,679,661. However, the number of exercisable voting rights amounts to 2,258,037,461. This difference is due to 139,642,200 treasury shares, which are deprived of voting rights according to Article 223-11 of the General Regulations of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF).
