STEF informs on the evolution of its voting rights as of March 31, 2024

The company STEF, located in Paris, has published its new figures concerning the total number of voting rights and shares, in compliance with the requirements of the Commercial Code and the general regulations of the Financial Markets Authority. As of March 31, 2024, the capital of STEF is made up of 12,850,000 shares, represented by 22,797,125 theoretical voting rights. The number of voting rights exercisable, once shares which do not have voting rights such as treasury shares are excluded, amounts to 22,383,395.
