STEF strengthens its presence in Belgium with the acquisition of TDL Fresh Logistics

STEF announces the acquisition of TDL Fresh Logistics, specializing in the transport and logistics of fresh and frozen food products, following approval by the Belgian Competition Authority. This transaction is part of STEF's development strategy in Belgium, aimed at enriching its service offering for the agri-food supply chain.

Founded in 1980, TDL Fresh Logistics employs 400 people and has 3 sites and 350 vehicles. Present in Belgium since 1989, STEF has 750 employees, 7 sites and 400 vehicles.

Bastien Dreano, CEO of STEF Belgium, expressed his satisfaction with this acquisition, which strengthens the distribution network. Yves Vandeput, owner of TDL Group, highlighted the synergy created to meet the specific needs of customers.
