STEICO SE Announces New CEO Appointment Effective July 2024

STEICO SE, based in Feldkirchen near Munich, announced a significant leadership change scheduled for mid-2024. In a meeting held on 15 March 2024, Udo Schramek resigned from his role as Chairman of the Managing Directors (CEO), effective 30 June 2024. This decision was made collaboratively with the Administrative Board alongside the recent acquisition of a majority of STEICO shares by the Kingspan Group.

Aiveen Kearney, a current member of the Administrative Board, has been appointed as Managing Director from 1 May 2024 and will take over as CEO on 1 July 2024. Udo Schramek will maintain his position on the Administrative Board and will continue to support the company in an advisory capacity to ensure a smooth transition and pave the way for future growth.

The announcement details continuity within STEICO SE’s leadership, with all other Managing Directors retaining their positions. This shift in executive leadership is part of the company’s strategic planning and succession in a rapidly evolving business environment.
