Sto SE & Co. KGaA Announces Executive Board and Supervisory Board Changes

Sto SE & Co. KGaA, a leading building coatings manufacturer based in Stühlingen, Germany, has announced significant personnel changes within the company's Executive Board and Supervisory Board. As disclosed on April 18, 2024, Jan Nissen, a long-serving Executive Board member responsible for Process Engineering, Innovation, Materials Management, and Logistics, will retire at the end of 2024. Jost Bendel has been appointed as his successor, effective from January 1, 2025, following a transition period starting September 2024.

Jochen Stotmeister, Chairperson of the Supervisory Board of STO Management SE, expressed gratitude towards Jan Nissen for his exceptional service and welcomed Jost Bendel, noting his international experience and expertise in the technology and manufacturing sectors. Additionally, a transition in the Supervisory Board was prepared, with Rolf Wöhrle proposed to replace Dr. Renate Neumann-Schäfer after her term ends on June 19, 2024.
