Storm Exploration and Eabametoong First Nation Sign Exploration Agreement

VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / May 23, 2024 / Storm Exploration Inc. (TSXV:STRM) has announced the signing of an Exploration Agreement with the Eabametoong First Nation for its Fort Hope Projects: Miminiska, Keezhik, and Attwood.

Bruce Counts, President and CEO of Storm, emphasized the importance of local first nations' involvement in project success. Chief Solomon Atlookan of Eabametoong highlighted the agreement's role in acknowledging the community's participation in permitting and regulating activities on their land.

The agreement provides EFN with opportunities in employment, training, and business development. Storm will contribute to a community fund proportional to its exploration expenditures and issue $275,000 in common shares to the EFN over four years.

Storm's Miminiska, Keezhik, and Attwood projects are in the Miminiska-Fort Hope greenstone belt, with potential for significant gold and base metal deposits. Drilling at Miminiska is planned for Q3/2024.
