STRABAG SE: Shares from 2024 Capital Increase Merged with Regular ISIN
STRABAG SE has announced that shares from its 2024 capital increase will be rebooked to the regular ISIN AT000000STR1. The last trading day for the temporary ISIN AT0000A36HJ5 is 26 September 2024. From 1 October 2024, the shares will be tradable under the regular ISIN.
The company confirms that the changes approved at the 19th Annual General Meeting regarding the reduction of MKAO “Rasperia Trading Limited” stake are now effective. This allows the shares currently listed under the temporary ISIN to merge with the regular ISIN without any required action from shareholders, as the exchange will be conducted automatically.
Details on the redemption of unsubmitted value rights from the cash distribution ISIN AT0000A36HK3 will be provided separately.
