Strategic acquisition of Sword Group in German-speaking Switzerland
Sword Group has announced the acquisition of Bern-based INCOR, a company specializing in digital transformation, with recognized expertise in long-term projects for government institutions of the Swiss Confederation.
INCOR records a turnover of CHF 6 million and an EBITDA margin of 8%, which is expected to increase from 2025. The consolidation of INCOR in the accounts of Sword Group will begin on July 1, 2024.
This transaction is in line with Sword Group's announced strategy to establish itself in German-speaking Switzerland. The details of this acquisition will be presented at the Group's financial meeting on September 11, 2024.
